Alex Gordon (he/him/his)

Alex has successfully resolved more than 330 pediatric referrals since joining EdNavigator in 2023. He leads the organization’s Massachusetts referrals, supporting families and helping ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across districts.  

Alex began his teaching career in Austin, Texas. He taught middle school life skills for self-contained special education classrooms and coached Special Olympics teams. Alex has experience working as an Early Intervention Specialist and leading special education teams to ensure documentation and supports are in compliance. Alex is fluent in Spanish and holds a B.A. in Adapted Physical Education from the University of Puerto Rico. He currently resides in El Paso, TX with his wife Daniela and their children, Luciano and Giuliana. When not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, and rock climbing.
