Alana Mbanza (she/her/hers)

Alana has over a decade of experience in educational equity, leadership coaching, and curriculum development. Throughout her career, Alana has devoted herself to increasing equitable college and career outcomes for historically underrepresented student populations and has worked closely with counselors and administrators across the country to implement high-impact strategies to support success for all students. Alana grew up in a small town in central Illinois ,and earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois and an MA in African American Studies and Educational Psychology from UCLA. In her spare time, Alana loves to travel the world and explore the coffee shops, bookstores, and cultures of new cities.
