Ariela Rozman (she/her)

Principal, Rozman Strategy

One of EdNavigator's founders, Ariela Rozman led the organization's operations and management functions for six years, helping to grow EdNavigator from a fledgling idea of helping hardworking families to a national organization. Before EdNavigator, she served for eight years as Chief Executive Officer of TNTP, a national nonprofit focused on improving educational equity. Under her tenure as CEO, TNTP tripled in size, growing to a staff of 370 full-time employees across 41 states and an annual budget of more than $60 million. Since 2020, Ariela has served in numerous roles, including as Interim SVP for Global Policy and External Relations for College Board, and Chief Operating Officer of Reconstruction US, a start-up focused on delivering unapologetically Black K-12 supplemental curriculum. She is now part of a small team working at the Department of Education with FAFSA Executive Advisor Jeremy Singer to deliver the 2025-26 FAFSA form for this fall. Ariela is a recipient of the Harold W. McGraw, Jr. Prize in Education for her leadership in education, and is currently the Board Chair of EdNavigator. She holds a BA in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia and lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two children.
