Victoria Paulino (she/her/hers)
With nearly a decade of experience in public education, Victoria Paulino has worked directly with students and families across Massachusetts as a teacher and program leader. Victoria began her career teaching 7th grade ELA and social studies in Springfield, MA. Since joining EdNavigator eight years ago, she has been a driving force behind the organization’s Navigation model, leading the development of its nationally recognized partnerships with healthcare providers. Victoria has designed and led innovative strategies that make it easier for families—especially multilingual and newly arrived families—to access the educational guidance they need. She has directly supported more than 700 families since 2021, helping them address complex educational challenges. Her work has helped define EdNavigator’s approach to meeting families where they are and providing consistent, high-quality support.
She is fluent in Spanish and holds a BA in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and an MA in Curriculum and Teaching from Boston University.
