How it Works

Get a referral from your pediatrician

All set! There's nothing more you need to do here. 

Expect a call from EdNavigator

After we receive your pediatrician’s referral, we’ll contact you to learn more about your needs and gather additional information. You can expect a call within two weeks.

Make a plan with your Navigator

A Navigator will help you create a plan of action that includes clear goals and next steps, inside and outside of the school setting.

Get support resolving the issue

Resolving an education issue often takes months. Every step of the way, your Navigator will make sure you have the knowledge and support you need to be an informed and empowered advocate for your child.

For now, all you have to do is wait for a phone call. While you wait, here are some things you can do:

Think about your educational goals for your child.

If your child is already in school, make sure you have their teacher’s name and contact information.
