Suhrid Gajendragadkar (he/him)

Suhrid Gajendragadkar is a senior partner in McKinsey’s global Financial Services Practice with specific expertise in Banking and Professional Services. Suhrid helps management teams of financial services companies and professional services institutions dramatically improve performance and health across numerous topics, including strategy, operations, customer experience and digital and analytics transformation. Suhrid holds a BA from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar; a master’s degree in history from Harvard University; and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. He is a Board member of The Hutchins Center for African & African American Research at Harvard University and Woodberry Forest School, and a former Foundation Board member of the School of Education at the University of Virginia. A former teacher himself, Suhrid lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two school-aged sons.
